About The Role

Part Time – Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 14:00

The Data Processor / Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate employee and workforce data while delivering efficient administrative support across people-related systems and processes. The role ensures data integrity, compliance, and the timely processing of information to support payroll, reporting, and operational decision-making.

About You

Key Responsibilities

Employee Data & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records within internal systems, ensuring all data is accurate, complete, and compliant with data protection requirements and company policies
  • Process employee lifecycle changes including new starters, leavers, transfers, and contractual amendments in a timely manner
  • Prepare and issue documentation such as contracts, letters, and employment change confirmations
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all required documentation is completed, processed, and securely stored
  • Respond to employee and manager queries regarding processes, policies, and systems
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
  • Support audits and compliance checks by providing accurate records and documentation
  • Identify and implement improvements to administrative and data management processes
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all employee information

Workforce Data & Systems Administration

  • Administer workforce management systems, ensuring accurate recording of working hours, absences, and overtime
  • Monitor, validate, and resolve discrepancies in records, working closely with managers where required
  • Process and maintain accurate absence records, including sickness, annual leave, and other leave types
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of data to support payroll processing
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reports on attendance, absence trends, and workforce activity
  • Provide system support, guidance, and training to managers and employees
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date system data, ensuring consistency across platforms
  • Support compliance and audit requirements related to working time and record-keeping
  • Identify opportunities to improve system usage, reporting, and administrative efficiency

 

Key Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Previous experience in an administrative, data processing, or workforce systems role
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Experience working with internal data systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Desirable

  • Experience supporting payroll processes
  • Knowledge of employment-related processes and best practice
  • Experience with workforce management systems (e.g. Kronos, Workday, SAP)
