  • Partner with IT teams to design and implement solutions that accurately reflect business requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to clarify requirements and resolve any ambiguities.
  • Create test plans, execute testing activities, and validate that solutions meet quality expectations and business objectives.
  • Identify and communicate any potential impacts arising from proposed changes.
  • Understand the team’s capabilities to help shape viable solutions and drive engagement.
  • Convey complex concepts and methodologies to stakeholders with varying levels of seniority and technical knowledge.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements, process flows, test cases, and user guides, throughout the project lifecycle.

About You:

Essential:

  • Over 3 years’ experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

  • Skilled at eliciting detailed, granular requirements and uncovering underlying logic.
  • Quick to understand business systems, workflows, and operational processes.
  • Able to influence key stakeholders to gain support for proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and work to tight deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Holds recognised Business Analysis certifications or qualifications.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, applications, and operational processes.
  • Experienced in working with ERP, CRM, and other enterpriselevel platforms.
  • Possesses industry knowledge and practical experience within the Motor Vehicle Manufacturing sector.
