What You’ll Be Doing
Digital Learning & Content Development

Create, manage, and maintain high‑quality digital and online learning content aligned to business priorities.

Scope, plan, and upload learning materials to the LMS.

Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to gather content and meet delivery timelines.

Build engaging learning modules using authoring tools.
Learning Delivery

Deliver online and face‑to‑face learning sessions for branch teams.

Support Sales Advisor performance development and induction programmes.

Provide general system support and guidance to branch colleagues.
LMS Management & User Experience

Continuously improve the LMS experience to drive engagement and usage.

Administer the system, including bespoke user setups and feature configuration.
Induction Programme Ownership

Maintain and refresh the “Welcome to GSF” module in line with organisational changes.

Update internal role matrices and associated skills.

Provide managers with clear guidance on inducting new team members.

Scope and plan bespoke induction content.

Report on induction completion across departments.
