The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and commercially-minded **Retail Programme Manager** to lead the planning, delivery, and optimisation of key retail initiatives across our national branch network. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and has a passion for driving operational excellence in retail.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end management of retail programmes, from concept and planning through to rollout, measurement, and continuous improvement.
* Work closely with stakeholders across Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Commercial, and IT to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business strategy.
* Develop and manage project plans, workflows, communications, and training materials to support successful implementation across branches.
* Analyse data and feedback to assess programme impact, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements.
* Ensure consistent execution of retail standards, customer experience enhancements, and commercial initiatives.
* Act as the primary point of contact for branch teams, providing guidance, clarity, and support throughout programme delivery.
