Main Duties Include:
· Liaising with various suppliers to the fleet department such as our hire providers fuel card suppliers through to Accident Management companies
· Ensuring the company / fleet spreadsheets and systems are up to date with relevant information
· Dealing with fleet enquiries both on the phone and in person
· At times being the primary contact on-site for the fleet control and provision
· Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure the efficient running of the business
· Preparing fleet analysis and reporting results to Management
· Collating all the relevant vehicle paperwork
· Completing other general administrative tasks
· Ad hoc projects as instructed by Fleet Manager
Working Hours:
· 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 5:30pm.
What you will need to succeed:
· Previous experience within a similar role
· Forward thinking and able to use own initiative
· High level of literacy
· Excellent organisation and time planning skills
· Attention to detail
· Effective communication skills
· Ability to process high volume of paperwork
· Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
· High level of IT Literacy

· Fleet administration qualification
· Experience vehicle accident management would be an advantage.
