About The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Administrator to support the day-to-day activities of our Central Operations Team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of operational processes across the business, with a particular focus on coordination, reporting, and compliance.

While the role includes some responsibilities related to Health & Safety, the primary emphasis is on providing well-rounded administrative and operational support to help maintain efficiency, consistency, and compliance across the organisation.

About You

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Operations Support:
    • Assist in the coordination of company-wide operational processes, updates, and initiatives.
    • Maintain internal databases, trackers, and shared resources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
    • Support internal communications and circulate key updates or procedural changes.
    • Liaise with multiple departments to help standardise practices and resolve day-to-day issues.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Provide high-quality administrative support to the Central Operations team.
    • Schedule meetings, compile agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.
    • Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
    • Support document control and policy management across operational areas.
  • Compliance & Health & Safety Support:
    • Maintain records related to compliance, audits, and risk assessments.
    • Track completion of mandatory training and documentation requirements.
    • Support the coordination of periodic checks, reviews, and H&S updates (e.g., site inspections, policy roll-outs).
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Contribute ideas to improve administrative processes and team efficiency.
    • Support operational projects and help implement new systems or tools.

Key Requirements:

Essential:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and documentation.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a centralised, multi-site or compliance-focused role.
  • Familiarity with operational reporting or business process coordination.
  • Awareness of health & safety or workplace compliance (training can be provided).
