At GSF Car Parts the role of the Servicesure Business Development Manager is to work collaboratively with the Business Development Manager, Branch & Regional teams to develop the use of the Servicesure programmes.
The programmes include training the branch network, and all associated products within to maximise the ability to grow and establish sustainable sales growth.
This role will cover the London regions therefore some travel may be required.
Main Duties Include:
- Undertaking reviews of the status for each division (define the current knowledge) and setting a business plan guided by the Servicesure Sales Manager to support the growth of the Servicesure programme.
- Work with and deliver the recommendation for improvement for each business region in order to determine the business plan and targets for each, in conjunction with prioritising time for maximum impact
- Working closely with the BDM’s and branches where there is no BDM cover
- Complete analysis of the Current Servicesure network with a clear status of garage programmes and wor collaboratively with the relevant Business Development Manager to devise a plan on generating new business and improving the understanding and buy-in to targets from existing accounts looking across the spectrum of the highlighted product groups (Brakesure, Batterysure, Oilsure, EVSure, Visionsure)
- Working with Head of Garage programmes & Servicesure Sales Manager to develop and enhance the existing programme
- Working with and developing a customer working group to further develop the programme
- Attend Regional trade shows with a view to capturing leads and sign ups
- Holding local customer training evenings in line with product and Servicesure suppliers
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 40 hours per week covering 8am - 5.30pm
